It's A Small Crime And I've Got No Excuse

I'm not sure what I think of Damien Rice's new CD "9", but the opening track "9 Crimes" is amazing. It also makes for a great beginning to this week's playlist.

It's all very somber. Deliciously so, in fact.

Grin.

I enjoy how naked most of these songs feel. They leave the singer, not to mention the musicians themselves, so exposed. There's nowhere for emotions to hide.
