Subpoenaed In Texas, Sequestered In Memphis

It's Music Monday here on Jalpuna, so let's get to it since this week's playlist is a fun one. I found myself humming "Sequestered In Memphis" by The Hold Steady and ended up building the playlist around it, more or less.

Last week, while browsing the Hype Machine's best-of 2008 music lists, I stumbled onto the band Ra Ra Riot - and I was immediately hooked. Check them out - they're track 2 in the above playlist.
